Cancellation Policy


At Get Tox’d, we value your time and the time of our providers. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all of our clients, we require a valid credit or debit card on file to reserve every appointment. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy carefully before booking.

Booking Requirements

  • All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit or debit card.

  • Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is only used to secure your appointment in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines

We understand that life happens. To avoid cancellation fees, please follow these guidelines:

  • Cancel or Reschedule at least 2 calendar days before your appointment:

    • No charge will be made to your card.

    • You may cancel or reschedule online, by phone, or by contacting us directly.

  • Cancel or Reschedule the day before or the same day:

    • A $50 non-refundable fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • No-Shows (missing your appointment without notice):

    • A $50 non-refundable fee will be charged to the card on file.

Special Circumstances

We know unexpected things can come up. Please keep these scenarios in mind:

  • Running Late: Let us know in advance if you’re going to be arriving late for your appointment so we can give you 15 minute waiting time, but keep in mind that we may have another appointment right after yours. If that is the case or if you take longer than the 15 minutes, we will need to reschedule your appointment and the $50 fee will apply.

  • Multiple Late Cancellations: Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

  • Membership Clients: Membership benefits cannot be applied toward cancellation or no-show fees. These charges are separate and non-refundable.

  • Medical or Emergency Situations: If you have a true emergency or medical situation, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, at management’s discretion.

Why We Have This Policy

Our providers set aside dedicated time for every client. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that appointment to someone else on our waitlist. By enforcing this policy, we can respect everyone’s time and continue offering affordable, high-quality treatments.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Call us directly during business hours.

  • Text our booking number (281-800-8020).

  • Cancel through our online booking system.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be confirmed through one of these methods to be valid.
