Get Toxd Terms and Conditions & Treatment Policies

Definition of Unlimited Tox:

Unlimited Tox refers to the amount of neuromodulator (such as Botox®, Dysport®, or Xeomin®) required to complete a full treatment of one designated treatment area during a single appointment.

• Unlimited Tox applies only to one treatment area per session

• It does not extend beyond the original appointment and its corresponding follow-up

• Follow-up or touch-up appointments must be scheduled and completed within 10–21 days post-treatment

• Complimentary follow-ups are not honored after 21 days

• Follow-ups are limited to minor corrections only, typically up to 12 units

• Follow-ups may not include an additional full Tox treatment

Definition of Baby Tox

Baby Tox is a preventative and subtle neuromodulator treatment limited to 36 total units.

• Units may be distributed across the forehead, glabella (mid-brows), and/or crow’s feet

• Distribution will be discussed and approved with your provider prior to treatment

• Baby Tox treatments are not eligible for complimentary touch-ups

• Follow-up visits, if needed, are limited to correcting asymmetry only

• Clients must strictly follow all pre- and post-care instructions for eligibility

Provider Discretion

All treatments are administered at the sole discretion of the licensed medical provider. The provider determines the appropriate product type, dosage, and injection plan based on safety, anatomy, and treatment goals.

Limited Treatment Guarantee

While we strive for excellent outcomes, results are not guaranteed. Individual responses may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:

• Neuromodulator immunity or resistance

• High tolerance to Tox products

• Metabolism or lifestyle factors

In certain cases, Get Toxd may no longer be able to offer Unlimited Tox treatments.

Reasonable Use Policy

All neuromodulator units administered during Unlimited Tox treatments must fall within reasonable and medically appropriate limits, as determined by our licensed providers.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including:

• Memberships

• Individual treatments

• Prepaid services

• Deposits

• Packages

• Gift cards

This applies to purchases made through our website, booking platform, social media, promotions, or in person.

If a membership or prepaid service is canceled prior to treatment, the amount paid will be converted into account credit for future services.

Discounts, Deals, and Promotions

All promotions are one-time use only

1. Offers cannot be combined or reused

2. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively

3. Third-party discounted purchases are subject to these same terms

4. One promotion per client unless otherwise stated

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee

• No-shows may result in forfeited deposits or credits

Client Responsibility & Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following all pre-care and post-care instructions provided. Failure to do so may result in adverse outcomes.

• Get Toxd is not obligated to correct results caused by non-compliance

• Any corrective treatment is at the provider’s discretion and may incur additional cost

Liability Release & Consent

By booking and receiving treatment, you agree to release and hold harmless your provider, Get Toxd, its staff, and affiliates from all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from treatment.

This release applies to the client and any representatives, heirs, or estates acting on their behalf.

Age of Consent

By booking with Get Toxd, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older

• You are legally competent to enter into this agreement

• You have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined on this page
