Chin Botox in Houston.
Smooth a dimpled, “orange peel” chin and release the tension that bunches it up, for a calmer, smoother lower face.
What chin Botox does
The mentalis muscle in your chin can tighten when you talk, concentrate or close your mouth, creating a dimpled, pebbly texture often called “orange peel” chin.
A small dose of Botox, Xeomin or Dysport relaxes that muscle, smoothing the skin and softening the crease that can form below the lower lip. It can also give the chin a slightly longer, more relaxed profile.
Performed by licensed nurse injectors using FDA-approved Botox®, Xeomin® or Dysport®, at our Tomball and Bellaire locations.

Chin FAQs
Is chin Botox the same as chin filler?
No. Filler adds projection or shape. Botox relaxes the chin muscle to smooth dimpling and tension. They solve different concerns and can be combined.
How long does chin Botox last?
Most clients see results for 3–4 months.
Will it change my smile?
When placed correctly, no. The goal is to calm the chin muscle while keeping your lips moving naturally.
Can I combine it with other areas?
Yes. Chin is often paired with DAO or a lip flip for a smoother, more balanced lower face.
