At Get Tox’d, our goal is to deliver natural, precise, and lasting results every time. Touch-ups are part of that process—they allow us to fine-tune your treatment and ensure you’re fully satisfied. To keep this process fair and consistent for all clients, we’ve created the following touch-up policy.

Touch-Up Window

Touch-ups must be scheduled between 10 and 21 days after your original treatment.
This window allows the Tox (Botox, Xeomin, or Dysport) to fully settle so results can be properly assessed.
Touch-ups cannot be performed within 7 days of treatment since it is too early to evaluate the final results.

Scheduling a Touch-Up

During your initial appointment, our providers will advise you on when to return if a follow-up is needed.
We recommend you check in with us within the first week after treatment to book your follow-up appointment in advance.
It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any concerns within the 10–21 day window.

After the Touch-Up Window

Touch-ups requested after 21 days fall outside of our policy and will not be guaranteed.
At that point, additional treatment may be considered a new session and billed accordingly.

Courtesy & Exceptions

Touch-ups are offered as a courtesy service to help you achieve the best results. Please note that they are not automatic or guaranteed.
In the event of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., family emergency, illness, travel), exceptions may be considered.
However, Get Tox’d reserves the right to determine if a touch-up can still be performed outside the policy window.
