Business Ownership
As a partner, you’ll take full responsibility for operating your location, including managing your team, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
All services must be delivered in line with our training and brand standards, ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care.
Maintaining proper licensing, insurance, and compliance is required, as well as upholding strong client satisfaction ratings to continue the partnership successfully.

We handle client acquisition, booking management, and product supply so you can focus on service delivery.

Provide HR support in terms of recruiting on boarding nurse providers, as well as, provide sample contracts. The Partner will maintain all decisions on who they work with and would maintain complete control over the hiring proces
Get Tox’d
Acquiring a new space or integrating a space within your existing company
Furnish and maintain your space
Commit a minimum of 3 days to Get Tox’d
Maintain OSHA, HIPAA and state compliance
Maintain a 5 star service for all clients
Contribute to the social media content (Tox’d provides the types of content needed and will be doing all of the final editing and posting)
Be a positive addition to the Tox’d family maintaining the brand’s image and reputation
Maintain staff that meets or exceeds the Tox’d standards.
Maintain sales numbers meeting and/or exceeding the sales and membership goals. We only succeed when you succeed so to maintain marketing money spent on your location, we need to ensure you are putting in the same growth energy.

Eligibility
Must be a licensed aesthetic nurse injector or medical professional authorized to perform injectables in your state, or have experience in the med-aesthetics field
Proven track record of delivering excellent client care and results
Commitment
Operate and manage the clinic location full-time or have a qualified manager in place
Follow all brand standards, protocols, and operational guidelines
Participate in brand training and ongoing meetings
Partnership Approach
Passion to own your own med spa and drive to offer the best quality service
Maintain a positive and professional representation of the brand in your community
Our partnership program focuses primarily on Toxins, Xeomins & Botox, as the entry point into the aesthetics space.
Financial Readiness
Ability to fund and manage the operational costs of your location
Comfortable with business ownership responsibilities, including staffing and space build out

Profits from services are shared equally between the partner and the brand, with a 50/50 split after product expenses are covered. Payments are reconciled on a regular schedule to ensure transparency and accuracy. This model allows you to benefit directly from your location’s growth while having the confidence that we are equally invested in your success through ongoing support, marketing, and operational systems.

Partners receive brand and marketing support, access to proven business systems, toxins on consignment, supplier connections, medical directorship (if needed), HR support and nurse provider recruitment, and ongoing guidance to ensure quality and consistency. While you’ll be responsible for managing your location, you’ll have the backing of a recognized and trusted brand.

While prior business ownership experience is an advantage, it’s not required. We provide training, systems, and resources to help you operate your clinic efficiently. However, partners must be prepared to manage day-to-day operations, staffing, and finances.

No. We carefully review each application to ensure alignment with our brand values, professional standards, and operational requirements. Only candidates who meet all eligibility criteria and demonstrate the ability to successfully run a location will be offered a partnership.

Yes. While our partnership program is built around toxins as the primary entry point into aesthetics and our marketing, branding, and overall support will focus on Botox, you are free to offer additional aesthetic services at your location. Those services will not be under the Tox’d brand, but Tox’d could be a good synergistic addition to your secondary business in terms of patient acquisition and cross promotion. This allows you to tailor your offerings to your market while benefiting from our proven Botox-driven growth strategy.

Tox is a good entry point for patients into medical aesthetics. It is one of the first injectable treatments people get and typically stay with consistently. It is needed more often than filler and therefore has a higher profit margin over the course of a year. Moreover, the Tox’d Technique is a proven system that is easily learned and mastered giving clients the best experience consistently.

Yes! You could add Get Tox’d into your existing business as long as it is similar or complimentary. For example, a doctor’s office, a current med spa, facial and laser spa, IV spa, Wellness clinic, or a salon - to name a few.
